GAME TIME: Each game will be 1 hour and 20 minutes.

PITCHING, BALLS and STRIKES: The minimum height of a pitch shall be 6 feet. The maximum height of a pitch shall be 12 feet.

**ALL PLAYERS shall start with a 1 STRIKE and 0 BALLS count.

(Two pitched strikes = an out, 4 Balls = a walk)

STRIKES: When a pitch within 6-12 feet in height hits the black mat or home plate or when a batter swings and misses the ball.

SAFETY and Commitment Line Rule

The safety line shall be marked between home plate and third base line. On a play at home, a runner will be called out if he or she touches or crosses the Safety Line after the catcher has the ball and is in contact with HOME PLATE. (I.e. force play, similar to 1st base position)

The catcher must tag runners out if NOT standing on home plate. Sliding at home plate is not encouraged.

Runners will be called out if intentional contact is made with the catcher. Once again, please do not try to kill the catcher.
